The 2007 Hawaiian history calendar is illustrated by views of the Hawaiian Islands taken from historical narratives of voyages to Hawai'i and the Pacific in the late eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. These early images by English, French, and Russian explorers provide a window to our islands before the invention of photography.
